Home Medical Equipment

      Our licensed respiratory therapists, trained home care technicians, and nurses take exceptional pride in the care they deliver.  In addition, we are noted for our extensive inventory of home health care products.   That means that our patients can expect nothing less than the finest in professional home care services, coupled with the highest quality in home medical products.

SERVICES

At Med-Response, our wide array of services prove that we genuinely care for the patients we serve.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE:    Special emergency assistance is available to our patients through a 24-hour telephone answering service.

REIMBURSEMENT ASSISTANCE:    Medicare, and other third party payers are pre-qualified for direct payment.

DISCHARGE ASSISTANCE:    We work directly with physicians and hospital discharge planners to insure smooth transitions from hospital care to home care.

PATIENT INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING:    A trained staff of home health care professionals insures that each patient is fully trained on the operation, safety and care of equipment.  Instruction is carried out in the convenience and comfort of the patient's home.

 

PATIENT ASSESSMENT:    A trained staff member meets with and assesses the needs of the patient with respect to the services provided.  Patients, as well as equipment, are continually monitored to insure care that is timely and up-to-date.

CONSULTATIONS:    Staff professionals meet, as required, with referral personnel or with the patient to solve any matter involving home care equipment and related services.
